Refund, Returns and Warranty Policy

Overview

We do not accept returns / change of mind situations. We can help you resolve most issues when you reach out to us though via our product support page.

We do provide warranty on the products sold. See details further down this page.

We are not responsible for issues with any of the individual rom games. More on this below

Refunds

Refunds will be processed in accordance to Australian Consumer Law. Please view our Product Support page and make contact us if you need some help of this nature.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges or solutions to change of mind situations.

Shipping returns

Should you be required to return your product, you should mail your product to the address advised by Retro Arcade Gaming.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WARRANTY

We provide 1-year warranty on internal parts. They are easily replaced, by yourself with little guidance.

We do not provide warranty on external damage to the unit or cover HDMI Cables, VGA Cables or wall adapters / power cables or battery packs, which can be easily sourced separately. Warranty does not cover damage due to non-typical game play or damage to cable ports from impact of cables or pulling of cables while inserted.

ROM GAME ISSUES

The nature of ROM emulation comes down to the quality of ROM game itself. The manufacturer 3A Games does try and delete any poorly playing ROMs however some may have slight audio issues. This would be due to not being able to source a better ROM for some games that are often requested on the unit. We do not accept returns based on the pre-installed ROM games.
